What are the best soothing substances for damaged skin ?
I seem to be allergic to so many ingredients, like lanolin,
petrolatum, and who knows what else. What are your favorite healing
substances to put on after the scratching, after the washing, before
the moisturizer? What HEALS the damage?

Carrot juice and brocoli juice in the juicer (anything green) before bed and one
bath every two days max.

I like Jojoba Oil. My facial skin is super sensitive and even "Sensitive
Skin" makeup remover irritated my eyes. Jojoba Oil has never irritated my
skin. It is a very light oil that soaks in well. I use it around my eye, mix
it with hair conditioner and apply it to rough spots. Just make sure you
massage it in well. Also, it has no fragrance.
