Can anyone vouch for the effectiveness of either flax oil or
acidophilus in dealing with eczema?

I noticed the same thing with FLAX oil. The eczema is still there but the skin
all around the rest of my body is vey soft.

I also use coconut oil on my skin. You can eat it to (the edible kind) as well
as cook with it. It is also good for your hair.

I also take both and cannot say that I have noticed any significant
improvement in my eczema, but as others have noted, I have found them
    beneficial in other ways.

I think I am seeing more of an improvement in following Dr. Mercola’s advice
by taking a massive dose of ‘evening-primrose oil’. In my case this is 17ml
per day. This is based on 1ml for every 10lbs of body weight and I weigh
    168 lbs.

I bought it in liquid form (rather than capsules) which at £10 a bottle for
120 ml, I do not consider to be cheap.

If you try this and receive any benefit, I would be interested in knowing.

    HI Chris

If you E is not due to stress then Flax is a wonder oil . Try mixing it with
Black Cumin oil. Fish oil is not as great because of the mercury and toxins
    level.

Tell me if it helps. Once I started I actually do not need much moisturiser.
