Goat’s Milk intolerant?
Sorry for the cross-posting but I was wondering if anyone that is lactose
intolerant had any luck with Goat’s Milk. I bought some but am afraid to
open it. (If you are lactose intolerant, especially to milk, you know why I
am fearfull…ugh) I used to use soy milk but now I’ve heard it’s not that
good for you.

Most people with cows milk intolerance are able to drink goats
milk. I know they suggest goats milk for infants that will not
tolerate cows milk. Of course try small amounts to see if it works
for you.

Go for it…a little at a time. Goat’s cheese is delicious
What about rice dream rice milk.

the rice dream milk is great, my doughter loves it…….she is allergic to both
cow and soy milk…
