eczema-natural-healing.com

Sunday, January 28th, 2007

This site is very helpful and I actually got this from this group. It is
much more flexible with other natural healing sites. She actually includes
cooked veggies instead of just raw veggies. I have only been doing this stuff
for
over a week and the difference on my hands are tremendous and I am not even
doing anything except taking the food she recommends and flax oil. I am
ordering probiotics so it will help further my healing. I do think this works
because it doesn’t put alot fo strain in your liver.

patience???

it seems like everyone here complains about relapse??? i mean even i do
this but when my skin gets a little better i forget my bad habits and do it
again..it should be a lifestyle change…i do believe our bodies will heal in
TIME if we permit it and do everything our body needs to heal..they did say it
does get worse before it gets better

remedy for psoriasis

Monday, January 22nd, 2007

Someone on this group is saying emphatically that there is no remedy for

psoriasis. I have witnessed a severe case healing within days using

Young Living’s oils of Myrrh and geranium.

red burning skin

Friday, January 19th, 2007

Hi,

Has anyone experienced red burning (hot) skin that feels like sunburn
and to look at it it looks like a sunburn or an allergic rash ? I have
eczema and this is driving me nuts. It’s spreading all over and I can
not figure out what it is. I’m going to the dr. soon but I wondered
if this is part of the "die off" process for candidia. It itches and
burns and it’s bright red.

Thanks.
Maggie

Chinese Herbalist Time!

Wednesday, January 17th, 2007

I’ve finally made an appt. to see one this Thursday. I was planning on
getting acupuncture, hopefully to help my skin allergy. He’s going to
do a full evaluation for $60. I’m going to take my bloodwork results
and hopefully my doctor can get my full health record to me in time.
I’d like him to really look into my stomach problem, mainly my gnawing
feeling above the navel which has been there for I’m afraid to say 10
years and my gallstones and this new "IBS" problem, and now my
allergies, oh and candida.

Do you guys have any suggestions or tips or anything when I go to see
him? Any experiences? Good/bad?

Thanks!
Shefy

~~"remedies"~~~ bogus claims

Tuesday, January 16th, 2007

Gotta tell ya….It ticks me off terribly when someone uses this forum to
hock whatever it is they are selling. Personal testimonials I certainly don’t
mind….we can all learn from each other. But to blatantly try to sell some
magic potion??? I think not. If there WERE indeed a magic potion, this forum
would not exist since I know we would ALL rush out and get it!

Currently there IS no "remedy" for psoriasis. Sad, but true, so to even
title the email as "Remedy," I personally find moronic. Just my own pov.

Eczema and Fluoride

Monday, January 15th, 2007

Hi I don’t think I’ve posted anything here since I’ve been a member but felt I
had to ask what you think about this. Here in rural Australia and in most of the
cities we have fluoridated water. Of course it also has chlorine, ammonia and
only God knows what else. About 5 years ago there was a big spate of excema
through our community and I found out through the grapevine that it was related
to water. An old friend had the habit of watering his cottage garden just
wearing thongs (aussie flip flops) on his feet and shorts of course. Well he
broke out in awful excema on his feet as he used to squirt his feet off after
the watering to get rid of the soil on his feet. He said it was very itchy and
his feet were covered with scabs from scratching. Nothing helped. I also got
covered in welts on my feet, back, arms and some on my face but not many there.
Also my sister too had it pretty bad. I went to my doctor and he asked whether
I bathed or showered and I said I showered and he asked which way I stood under
the shower (with my back to it mainly) Then he said "It’s the water and what
they put into it." A wise old, now retired, md. I had to get some mild skin

eczema on baby’s face

Sunday, January 14th, 2007

hello

Sorry to hear that your baby is like that, my baby has severe eczema too,
since she was 3 month, we also try everything you mention, my baby is 2 year now
and the only doctor that really help us was an allergist, she recommend a diet,
we eliminate lot of foods, but I breastfeed so I have to avoid all the foods
too, because you passed through the milk….
I guess your baby is not eating a lot, I just wonder what milk is taking?, how
bad is the eczema is her skin red? or very dry? what kind of detergent you use
to wash the baby cloth? Do you have any pet?

What I used now is cetaphyl soap or if she is red Lever2000, you could add
Alpha keri oil, after bath doctor recommend no lanolin product, we star on
vanicream, but for us works great eucerin, I used All clear detergent for cloth
doctor recommend dreft …no fabric softener or dryer sheets… I use hot water

Hello Everyone:) Warning! Too Much Sun Can Lead To Dandruff

Saturday, January 13th, 2007

Warning! Too much sun can cause scalp dryness leading up to dandruff.
It is true, you can get dandruff just by spending to much time in the
sun. With those hot sun rays beating down on your head, penetrating
through your hair, it cause dryness to your scalp. The shorter your
hair is, the worse a "burn" could be. With longer hair though, you
run the chance of dandruff forming throughout your strands.

To fully understand the extent of the situation, you have to
understand how harmful the ultraviolet rays from the sun are. They
penetrate straight through your hair directly to your scalp. Add that
to the sun’s heat and you got a perfect condition for "evaporation".
This means that all of the moisture in your hair is being soaked up.
Taking moisture from your hair leads you to a dry scalp, then on to
dandruff, and if you are not careful-psoriasis.
