Eczema on my baby’s face
I have been battling eczema on my baby’s face since he was 4 weeks
old. I have tried: Eucerin, Auquaphor, Aveeno, California Baby, Burt’s
Bees, Cetaphil, Hydrocortisone, Atarax, Benedryl, Dove sensitive skin.
We have gone from breastfeeding to soy formula to hypoallergenic
formula. I have been to an allergist, dermatologist, and my
pediatrician about a million times. The only time he has cleared up
completely is when he was on an antibiotic. Both times he has taken
amoxicillin he has cleared up. Obviously he can’t be on an antibiotic
all the time but I am hoping you guys can give me some suggestions on
what to do for him. I don’t like to give my 6 month old atarax
everynight before bed. I have to put socks on his hands and tie his
hands down at bed time or else he wakes up with a bloody mess.
PLEASE!!!! send me some information that you think will be helpful. I
do not have eczema so I do not know how my son feels but I know he
feels miserable because he just itches all the time. He will clear up
and then for no reason at all he will break out again. I don’t know
what is triggering his breakouts. Thanks for your help!

Hi Shannon: My son who is 6 years old now….had eczema on his face as an
infant…..Let me tell you a little bit about our journey so that maybe you can
skip all the steps we had to go through to help him. — First of all, eczema,
is only the "symptom" of what truly is going on with your baby……it is really
a suppressed immune system which comes out in allergies, eczema, and later
usually asthma……I would totally recommend you getting and reading the book,
"Allergy Free" — Alternative Medicine Definitive Guide. By: Konrad Kail,
Bobbi Lawrence, Burton Goldberg. — By reading this book and changing your
baby’s diet or your diet if you are nursing him…..WILL HEAL YOUR SON!!!!!
—- By doing this now, you will be so much farther ahead then our family who
has struggled for 6 years until now!!!!
Basically you are looking at these following things with your baby:
Adrenal issues
immune system issues
mineral deficiencies (zinc, magnesium, etc.)
Candida issues (yeast)
Vit. C Deficiencies
"leaky gut" issues
Digestive Disorders
BUT….please be encouraged because your baby will bounce back quick and be
fine!!!! I have lived this nightmare for 6 years and am finally getting some
answers and results….so my encouragement to you would be to "get on this
"eczema" symptom now before it goes into all kinds of allergies and asthma!!!
If you do the things in this book and find a good Alternative Doctor
(Naturopath, Acupuncterist,) — your baby will be soooo healthy!!!! I hope
