What about Probiotics???

They are supposed to help.

    Good advice. Most people with any illness or symptoms have a bowel
    imbalance that can be corrected with a good quality probiotic.
    Cutting out junkfood, dairy and sugar will also help. Try a couple of
    spoonfuls of coconut oil per day (spread it out….you can’t take too
    much but 3 spoons, one before each meal would be best).
