MiVitality for people with deep cracks and blisters on their hands.
I hate to say it. I am not a distributor but this is working on my hands.
I have deep cracks and blisters on my hands and everyone has read about it on
this site. I finally gave up and tried this product. It has not even been
2 weeks and the cuts on my hands closed up and the water blisters have
subsided. I do hope this will last. I am not sure if what I have is really
eczema. I mean can it be this easy to just get rid off???? I did follow a
diet
and even then I would still eat minimal sugar like in organic jam. I did do
the natural healing diet plus this supplement. So folks here with deep cracks
and blisters in their hands try this product. Again I do not sell this
product. If you want to try it then buy it. I think the healing is up to you.
I
did give up dairy and wheat. Although, I would eat a teaspoon of ice cream
here and there - geesh forgive me!!! Trust me I am one to say I am so tired
of people telling me what to buy. No offense even in natural sites, all they
say is buy this and buy that. So all I can say is try what works for you.
The omega 3 oil surely didn’t work much for me well maybe it did but who
knows. So please keep your fingers crossed. I never had my hands look this
good before. It is not like when I use steroids. I can actually feel my hand
healing. The swelling has subsided but not the itching. But like most
natural healing be warned - it will get worse before it will get better. My
legs
produced red rashes and my elbows also. And on the diet, eat lots of veggies.
As a junk food junkie, I still eat the bad stuff but very very minimal. If
you have the urge take a small bite but not the whole thing. Again I am not
a product pusher. If you want to use it then use it.

This is awesome! I’ve been recommending this product ever since it
fixed my daughter’s bowel/stomach problem after nothing else
(including at least 10 different therapies and tons of diets and
various supplements) helped. She had to take it for about two
months, daily and now can go about a week without stomach pain. If
you eat junk food (she does too) you will need to supplement with
this daily since you are killing off good bacteria with sugar. If
you don’t, you can get by with much less once you have healed.
A lack of good microorganisms (bacteria or probiotics) in the bowels
can wreak such havoc in the body and can certainly affect the skin.
Do you think you could tell your story on our next conference call?
I’d be happy to 3-way you in so you won’t have to pay for the call.
It’s always nice to get a good variety of testimonials. So far I’ve
heard testimonials about endometriosis, just about every bowel
problem, allergies, lifelong depression, elimination of chemo side
effects, bad breath, white spots on skin decreased, clicking in
finger disappeared, Candida, dermatitis and cold sores. This is not
counting all the testimonials on the website which include excema
just from the four calls I’ve listened too. The formulator will
always give the explanation as to why the product works.
I know what you mean about people telling you what to buy. I ran
into this product quite by accident when searching for certified
organic cosmetics and I just ordered the one and only nutritional
product (just habit: we’ll try anything once until we find something
that works). I’m glad we didn’t give up and are finally healthy now.
Email me for more info on this product if you wish to.

Never heard that but it sounds like it could help. If
I were you I would try taking St. John’s Wart first. I
have read that it is comparative to the prescription
antidepressants. Just a thought. Let us know if it
helps you. Oh and just for those that might not know
St. John’s Wart can interact with birth control pills
so it’s not good to take them both.

The doctors won’t give you anti-depressants when you are breastfeeding. You
can go on them when you are done breastfeeding though.
I’ve been on a lot of different Anti-Depressants to find the one that worked
for me. Everyone’s chemistry is different so don’t give up if the first one
they give you doesn’t work. I’m on Effexor XR for depression and Buspar for
Anxiety.

Hi,
I must clarify that I have both Eczema and Psoriasis. I am not
depressed right now however I was clinically depressed a few years
back just before my condition became out of control.
I am not taking any prescribed meds now. I am asking if anyone took
an antidepressant for the skin condition ? I know someone who did and he got
healed from the eczema (underlying this condition was full blown depression)
so
Prozac helped heal him of both depression and E and P.
One of my dermatologists told me that up to 80% of patients with E and/or P
have anxiety/depression related issues. I do agree that I have anxiety
issues.
I have changes my diet, I do not drink alcohol and take better care of myself
and I get much better sleep.
Thanks.

Hi Everyone,
Please read the statement below from Andreas Moritz author of "The Amazing
Liver
Cleanse".
"Nearly all skin diseases such as eczema, acne and psoriasis have one factor
in common: gallstones in the liver. Almost every person with a skin disease also
has intestinal problems and impure blood, in particular. These are mainly caused
by gallstones and the harmful effects they have on the body as a whole."

Hmm. Isn’t inflammation a result of the immune system responding to
something foreign or abnormal? If it is, then just eliminating the
inflammation doesn’t address "why" the body is mounting an inflammation
response/condition. Eliminating the inflammation "might" lead to another
diseased condition. Just a thought.

Hiya Claudia,
Depression can be caused by several things such as nutritional
deficiency, food allergies, hormonal imbalance, or even excess
caffeine/sugar. Having had children, you can be dealing with Estrogen
dominance. This can be treated with Progesterone cream. For nutritional
deficiency, you can be lacking Vits C &/or B. Food allergies need to be
investigated bit by bit, starting with eliminating the most common
offenders such as dairy or wheat.
It does take a fair share of research and process of elimination to
figure out where the depression is rooted, but _so_ worth it when it’s
discovered.
In the meantime some herbs are beneficial for depression;
St. John’s Wort- 900 mg capsules in divided doses, with meals or 1/4-1
ts tincture daily. (No tea as the herb loses it’s potency when dried.)
Oat tea- 3 c/day or 1/2-1 ts tincture per day.
Lavender- 1 ts flowers in 1 c hot water, 1/8-1/2 ts tincture 3 x day, or
use in aromatherapy.
Vervain- 1 c tea 3 x day, or 1/8 ts tincture 3 x day
Ginkgo Biloba- 40-60 mg capsules 3 x day, or 1/4 to 1/2 ts tincture 3 x day.
Kava-Kava- Up to 6 4-500 mg capsules/day, or 15-30 drops tincture 3 x day.
No one is the same, and figuring things out isn’t a cut-and-dry process.
It will be difficult, especially while acting as a wife/mother in the
process. It will be freeing in the end. It will empower you to know the
whole story. More education is always better.
I’m cheering for ya,
-Raine

I have to have a difference of opinion with you here. In cases where
depression and/or anxiety are severe herbs & nutrition just don’t cut it. I
have suffered from severe insomnia, anxiety, hypervenalation, irritable
bowel & depression since 1993. Personally, I definitely needed some
prescriptions to calm me down. I think the secondary thing to be addressed
is things one has to change in one’s life. Unfortunately no doctors
emphasized on how important a strict diet of unprocessed foods and helpful
herbs can help. I went through years of counseling, been to many different
psychiatrists and have tried many different drugs. Even after telling them
that I still think there was something wrong with me physically they kept
telling me "it’s all in my head". That’s ridiculous because there has to be
something wrong physically to make me change mentally. Now, of course, they
say (admit) it’s "chemical imbalances". I could have told them that!
What I feel you need to understand is that people get to a certain point
before they realize how depressed or anxious they are until the damage has
been done. This especially pertains to people, like myself, who have been
abused or suffered emotional/physical trauma. Sometimes the symptoms don’t
appear until one day, BOOM, you suddenly are having a panic attack and think
you are dying. Or, for instance, you wake up one morning and you are so
severely depressed you can’t function. Since I have been in that state I
know that all that person wants is quick relief. The meds I have been on
have helped me function (like actually going to work) while at the same time
seeking counseling and working on my emotional issues. I have cut down on
the depression meds I am taking but I still need to take them. Also, since
most doctors just want to write you a prescription it’s hard to figure out
what, if anything, can be helped by diet and herbs.
Thankfully we have the internet and discuss these issues or else a lot of
us would not know anything except what our doctors tell us.
Alison, Chicago

Hi Alison,
Sorry to hear of your problems. Nice to know you’re working on them
instead of burying them. Have you heard of EFT (download free
manual at www.emofree.com)? It can really shortcut your therapy
time and change your mood instantly once you know how to do it.
It’s not that hard and there are loads of resources on the website.
Amino acid deficiency, not medication deficiency is a huge part of
depression that is usually overlooked. Search google for depression
and amino acids. Just one essential amino acid missing can make the
brain go haywire. I first read about it in a book called The Diet
Cure (I think that’s what’s it’s called…it’s out on loan) and
after years of being addicted to chocolate I finally cured it in ONE
DAY with Ganoderma (Reishi mushroom) that is amino acid rich. Food
for thought!

I have extremely bad eczema which is often difficult
to soothe. My friend recently brought me a big bag of
seaweed from IIreland which is for bathing. You put
the entire bag in and rub the gel from the seaweed all
over your body. I slept very well that evening with
very little discomfort. In the morning my skin felt
softer and all of the irritation was gone. I have not
been able to find any products in America comparable
to this. All I could find was a little bag of seaweed
mixed with other herbs. You really need to bathe in a
big bunch of it to get the healing effect. If anybody
knows of a product like this in America please let me
know. I would be very appreciative.
I find that swimming in the ocean alot and bathing in
bath salts also heals eczema.
Thank you ~

Dear Claudia,
I used topical steroids over many years and it does make your skin thinner. Now
when I
itch my skin bleeds very easily because there is not much there. I will never
use cortisone
creams again. The doctors do not give enough warning about this. I find that
taking baths
in epsom salt will relieve the skin of itching. Dead sea salts are really good
too and
seaweed is the best of all. I use ice packs also. I am trying to erradicate the
itching
through diet since itching comes from too much internal heat and an
overabundance of
yeast in the system which is called candida. Some foods will feed the yeast and
make more
heat. I have been able to totally clear my eczema in the past through an
anti-candida diet.
It takes alot of discipline but is well worth the effort.
I wish you all the best in your healing.

How about eating seaweed? Anything that works on the outside will work on
the inside. Since eczema begins as an internal condition you should try to
start eating it unless you already are. It’s extremely alkaline and there are
so
many kinds to chose from also so many great recipes.
Take care.

Yes you can use seaweed from the ocean. It’s one of the most healing foods.
If you buy a good brand from your local health food store or buy it over the
internet. The salt is natural. Some people use it as an alternative to table
salt. Eden Organic is the brand I use. If you do a search you can read up on
the different types of seaweeds and find some recipes.
take care.

It will take time for seaweed to heal you by eating it but bathing in seaweed
gives
immediate relief. It is pretty amazing how effective the seaweed is. i have had
eczema for
52 years and in my experience nothing else has ever given such immediate
healing. the
sores and redness disappear considerably by the next morning. i just recieved 10
bags of
it from ireland. i will post back after i finish all of the bags.

Hi,
Can you tell us how much seaweed in weight you are using each time you
take a bath? Thanks.
It’s always good to hear of someone getting results from mother
nature. I started bathing in seaweed today however I could only use
about 300 grams, I also ate some of it, a little salty but not too
bad. I have psoriasis and have been told that eczema is a very similar
condition.
Thanks for sharing your info.

i am not certain of the weight of seaweed that i use
but i would guess about 500-600 grams. it is also
important to stick to a clean diet. last night i
bathed in seaweed again & found that i was still
itching after because i ate something i was allergic
to. the combination of proper diet and seaweed bath
will make your skin calm and smooth. this company also
provides a packet of sea salt to add to bath water.
another thing that gives me alot of relief is epsom
salt baths.
~ all the best to you in your healing.
