Aquaphor

I just wanted to recommend Aquaphor to everyone suffering from eczema.
It is a little greasy at first, but my hands are so dry that it will
soak it all up. Keeping my hands moisturized helps relieve the
ichiness. I keep a small tube in my purse, so that I have it with me
at all times.

Just remember Aquaphor is a petrochemical. Ultimately, you are not doing your
skin any favors using over the counter stuff. I used to swear by the stuff, but
now I make my own moisturizer with beeswax and organic oils.

I am using 4 different salves that I find to be
    calming and soothing to eczema.
    1 is chickweed salve =
ingredients - olive oil, chickweed leaves, beeswax,
    vit. E
2nd is yellow dock salve =
ingredients- olive oil, yellow dock roots, beeswax,
    vit. E
3rd is licorice compound cream =
licorice root infusion, olive oil infused w/calendual&
st. johnswort fls, coconut oil, pantothenic acid,
borax, beeswax, grapefruit seed extract, vit. E
    4th is calendula salve=
ingredients- olive oil, calendula flowers, beeswax

I am just trying them out for the first time and i
find them all to work well but I think that the yellow
dock & chickweed work best, for me.
All of these salves feel much better on the skin than
    aquaphor.
They can be purchased online. they are made by

many recipes online. You can google to get recipes.
