		<description>well I was doing a lot better than I was years ago but I have a low immune
system and thought that was the problem when it was finally discovered...I am
back on treating that for the past few months. I was off for a few months
because I moved and had insurance issues for awhile. But then all of a sudden I
have had some really bad flare ups and wasn't sure that I did anything
different. Thinking about it I was trying yogurt the past couple of weeks, not
quite everyday but there were a few in a row. So I was wondering if this could
have been a detox thing, as I had this type of flare up when detoxing before,
but that time I knew I was detoxing....I do eat dairy but not a whole lot but I
don't think that is the problem.

Hello
Maybe you got a reacion for the toxins that your body is eliminating not the
yogurt....But you have to be sure if you have allergies to dairy, do you drink
milk? do you have a reaction..? If you are allergic to the dairy protein, you
&lt;!--more--&gt;
have to whatch, and read the labels, it incredible they add to everithing.....
I taste the soy yogurt is not too bad ...
pamela

Yes, I have but it is because of the dairy. I'm going to try making
some soy yogurt this weekend and see how that tastes.
