Hello, I have had very severe eczema too. What worked for me is not eating
wheat and I bath
every other day in dead sea salt. . .a cup per bath. I learned of this from
someone else in this
group. It was the best treatment so far. When itching is bad I smooth on neem
oil after the
bath. Seems to work so well. On this program I went from tormented to almost
normal.
Good luck, Mary

Hello: I too have had severe eczema. I got relief from info I found in this
group. I avoid
eating wheat, and bath in dead sea salt (1 cup/ bath). For itching I use Neem
oil. This has
worked for me. Mary

I FEEL THE SAME WAY.
Please don’t feel alone. I just turned 25 and am now in the midst of a
flareup on my face, hands, and arms.
IT IS HORRIBLE. I wish I didn’t have to leave the house. What is worse
is that I can not sleep at night b/c I’m scratching the living
daylights out of myself!
:0 (
Aside: Does anyone have any book recommendations for how to deal with
eczema through diet and vitamins? Iam SO sick of using cortisone creams.
Thanks!

hello Mary. My daughter is 2 and her eczema flares pretty badly when the
weather is warm or if she wears short or anything comes in contact with her
legs. But she also gets patches when we do everything we can to keep them away.
Can you tell me please where you buy the Dead Sea Salt and can you use this on
toddlers?
thanks very much! I really appreciate the advice.
Danielle

For me also I’ve had eczema from birth. Finally in my
late twenties I was turned on to food alergy awareness
by some one who had had his professional life
handicapped from migraines. For him it turned out to
be orange juice and other stuff.
For me it was corn, eggs, nitrates, and most american
processed foods (corn syrup and starch, nitrates, msg,
etc.)-
Now, if I severly break diet, I get weeping eczemic
rashes behind my ears, on my scrotum, etc. QUITE
UNPLEASANT.
In any case - with decent management its ok and I am
much more aware of my diet and health. The doctors
were TOTALY useless, other than having me abuse
cortasone steroid cream for 25 years.

Hi Jen,
Try book marking these links, study their information, follow their advice.
Most people who have had success with eczema and psoriasis have followed the
advice in some shape or form, from these websites.
I’m currently clearing psoriasis out of my body with good results follows Dr.
John Paganos’ diet.

Nathan

Seriously, go and see a homeopath and go for a food allergy test. You might
have high level of candida. Use a strict diet with homeopathy. It has
worked wonders for me. I now do not have to stick too rigidly to diet.
