Hi guys,

A note with good news, I’ve been on holiday in Cebu for 5 days
(Philippines) with family, we stayed at The Plantation Bay Resort.
Great place, very friendly staff, man made salt water beaches
surounded by villars. Also a natural beach with plenty of fish to
chase around while snorkling.
Okay the good news, in just those few days most of the psoriasis
legions that were exposed to sun are almost clear other spots where
the sun don’t shine are still red, although some are getting lighter.
Now I’m back at home in Korea, and I’m going to go to the beach
everyday until the end of my vacation and stripping down to my
speedos. Got to get those last spots. Today was the first day I could
wear shorts and a T-shirt in public and feel comfortable. I plan to
keep up a healthy Pagano diet with exercise, however while on holiday

Hi this is Nat,
I’m still following the teachings of Dr. John Pagano from his book
Healing Psoriasis. It’s been about 6 weeks and Iv’e been eating a more
pure diet than a monk. So far my skin has not worsen from living and
eating healthly, however I did eat some bread, chocolate, fried food
and drank some beer and coffee..what happened? an increase in spots! I
drank about 3 small glasses of beer also 3 cups of coffee and a few
slices of toast over about a 4 day period. This is such a frustrating
condition. Has anyone had success with Pagano’s diet?

I just wanted to recommend Aquaphor to everyone suffering from eczema.
It is a little greasy at first, but my hands are so dry that it will
soak it all up. Keeping my hands moisturized helps relieve the
ichiness. I keep a small tube in my purse, so that I have it with me
at all times.

I think that my nefew has a reaction to sunscreen. He says it stings
and spends all his time by the pool with a towel on his face. We
can’t go without sunscreen, any suggestions for one that won’t hurt.
He is 8. Thank you so much.

My little boy is only 4 months old and has eczema. We are really
desparte to find something to help him. With myself and husband not
having it we can only imagine what he must be going through. It flares
up we know from the heat but tonight he was fine and then for reasons
I don’t know it flared up again. the doctore gave him a styroid
ointment and told me to use vasaline. Any thoughts or advices would
GREATLY be appricated.

Human hands glow, but fingernails release the most light, according to a recent
study that found all parts of the hand emit detectable levels of light.

The findings support prior research that suggested most living things, including
plants, release light. Since disease and illness appear to affect the strength
and pattern of the glow, the discovery might lead to less-invasive ways of
diagnosing patients.

Mitsuo Hiramatsu, a scientist at the Central Research Laboratory at Hamamatsu
Photonics in Japan, who led the research, told Discovery News that the hands are
not the only parts of the body that shine light by releasing photons, or tiny,
energized increments of light.

"Not only the hands, but also the forehead and bottoms of our feet emit

A British scientist has produced the most powerful evidence yet of a link
between cancer and electricity power lines. His study confirms that people
living near them are exposed to radiation levels dozens of times greater than
the legal limit.

The research, to be released this week, firmly links the power lines with
childhood leukaemia and other forms of cancer. The levels recorded in some areas
were two times higher than the legal maximum allowed for adult nuclear power
workers — the group permitted maximum radiation exposure.
