What I take.

I have always had dry skin my entire life. I am 33 years old now. I
developed eczema on my feet when I was young. It hurt in the beginning but I
learned how to cope because I lead a normal life since it is something that
could
be hidden. Three years ago it started on my hands. Started as dry patches
of skin and now it is everywhere on my palms. I was pretty discouraged about
not finding a cure. I found a site where you can heal it eating organic
veggies and fruits but who can live with that alone. It also said to drink
flaxseed oil. At first, I did that and flaxseed oil. OMG I swear I
procrastinated every night about that awful tasting oil. I almost wanted to
puke. It
made a little difference. Then I started juicing, that also helped a little
bit. What makes a big difference now is I started taking In-Liven probiotic.
It did help alot. I still have allergies on my hand but now it would go
through stages. It would come then heal and then start all over again.

Compared
to the beginning when it was just non-stop. So I must be doing something
right. I have noticed that now the healing is much quicker. My hands are
still ugly but at least now I have a week of break every time it heals. I am
just being patient. I am not spending a lot of money anymore or all organic.
I
do still watch what I eat like less sugar and wheat. So far I am taking now
is 12 pills of Evening Primrose Oil and a teaspoon of In-Liven a day this
pretty much helps me with the healing but not quite there yet. I think time
and patience is the key here. And also all my fingers used to be all cracked
and now only a little bit of skin shedding is left and I haven’t had a huge
deep crack for awhile now so something I must be doing is right. Sadly, for
this condition nobody is exactly alike so hopefully in the near future science
will find a way to cure this dreadful disease.

I am so crossing my fingers. I have eczema on both my hands. I started
taking In-Liven probiotic 4 months ago. The first two weeks I started taking
In-Liven my hands started to clear up. It did come back several times but
    healed
time to time unlike before it just got worse and worse. It was like eczema on
top of eczema. Anyway, one thing I did notice that the cracks on my fingers
have been disappearing slowly but surely. I haven’t had a crack for weeks now
and my left hand isn’t getting worse. I have a few small cracks on my left
hand but nothing that hurt really bad like before to the point I couldn’t even
bend my hand. My right hand is worse than my left. I do remember I had it on
my right hand first so maybe it is going back to the way it started. I guess
my left will heal first before my right. Anyway, I haven’t been really good
with my diet so I am sure if I was that my healing would go faster. Anyway, I
also have eczema on my feet for years but that didn’t bother me since it
wasn’t something people saw. So I am sure that my feet will probably the last

    to
heal. Anyway, I am just excited but still kind of pessimistic. I don”t want
my hopes up but I am learning to cope already with this horrible disease.
Again I hope this helps. This is what I have been taking. Again, I do not work
nor sell for this company. There are people in this forum that works for
them and I am not one of them.

I take 1 teaspoon of In-liven Probiotic everyday.
I take 10 pills of Evening Primrose Oil - this is not even organic maybe
organic might work better but you are going to pay more for it - health doesn’t
    have a price!!!

I hope this works for some but sadly this disease is different for everybody.
My eczema on my hands starts as water blisters then dries up and then cracks
maybe this would help how my eczema looks like.
