sharing what works for you! I’m going to revise the budget next week. Right
now, we don’t allocate any money to vitamins.

I take Evening Primrose Oil capsules - I take about 10 a day. I buy mine
from Vitacost.com for $20 for a month’s supply. So if you are looking for a
monthly budget - I spend about $70.00 a month which i do not think is alot
of
money.
