Does this sound weird?
Sometimes I feel like when I smile too much, my eczema gets worse. My
face gets red anyways. It’s only on the one side of my face though.
Maybe it’s connected to my mother having rosacea?
Are the two connected?
Anyone else have a similar issue?

My name is Ruth Ann. I have been following the board for a long time
and I am a fellow sufferer of Eczema for many years now, mostly on my
hands and face. I thought you might be interested in my experience
and I hope someone can benefit from it.
For a long time I did not believe at all that my diet played any role
in my Eczema, but after years of trial and error, I know now this was
an error in my thinking.
For myself I have been able to simplify a diet without resorting to
cleansing or detoxification formulas or pills.
Quite simply, I have learned that when I eliminate all "white" carbs
