sounds like we have the same type of experience. meat doesn't seem to be a
big problem for me, but i think dairy and eggs are a large culprit. i'm 26
years old now and am finally addressing the problem. see what happens if you
stop
eating (fast) for a day or so. will it stop weeping? if so, maybe it is a
food allergy. i've come to believe eczema is primarily an allergic reaction.
let me know what you think. maybe removing gluten or grains from your diet
would help too?
