I have tried Pagano's diet and even met with him, but something has been holding up my healing even when I strictly adhere to his diet. Her diet is MORE restrictive that Pagano! The difference is that she also removes dairy, meat (except a little fish once a week, and wheat (and potentially more gluten products). Wish me luck. I'll post my progress. Today I start with a swollen arthritic knee, an entire scalp full of psoriasis, pitted finger and toe nails, and spots everywhere ranging from pin size to grapfuit size in diameter.
